[QuadList] Ampex Quad VTR Airflow Requirements

Thanks Park-- very helpful.  I wish I had thought to make copies of 
those FEB's 20+ years ago... ;-)  Who would have thought that ~14.4kHz 
would later become "music to my ears" in 2012!
