Hi, Ed,

No, wouldn't telecine... but if given permission buy any necessary rights holders, would be happy to scan on the VarioHD and ensure that the supplying collection received an HD file for their use.

What could be done with the resulting file by anyone is another question that would depend on what permissions or uses were granted by the various potential rights holders.

And David has said he'd take care of it on a Spirit.  Two prints are at UCLA's archive, and the other as noted in a NYPL collection.

Glad it's on YouTube and we got to see it.
