[QuadList] Re- Russian AVR-3 copy-- photos-- heads needed

Good morning all.
Well. By the look of the photo the machine is nothing like an AVR but a Soviet hybrid of a 1200 and lots of other things. By the way. The Ampex 1200 rebuild video is brilliant.
The technician says that the machine is in working order except for the heads. Maybe to get the old tank replaying is to see if American quad heads for a 1200 are compatible.  Ramaz measured the head in question and I attach the pic. measure is in centimetres. 


Any thoughts?
