[QuadList] WHEN was the last new Quad machine finished/sold? Mfr? Make? Model?

Can someone on the list pin-point the finish of Quad manufacture?

The question comes up as I'm replying to a message about the demise of film projector support.

Details about the machines, purchasers, and the final days would be appreciated as available.

Photos, memos, etc. would be helpful.
