[QuadList] VR-1100 Pics online-

Hi Ted:

There are two major clues that identify the 1100 in this picture as an early version.  That might make for another "quiz", but can you identify precisely what mode this machine is operating in?  Unlike the Ampex ad, this obviously is an un-edited picture, but you have to look closely to get the right answer.
