[QuadList] Need help sourcing parts for EIAJ deck

Hello all:

 

I have a Sony 8650 Color EIAJ deck.  We've been using the deck quite a bit
lately, and this morning noticed that the slip rings are bad.  Two of them
are worn through.

 

Anyone have any suggestions where I might be able to get this
rebuilt/repaired?

 

Anyone have any decks that might be able to be used for parts?

 

Any advice would be appreciated
