[QuadList] OT Problem with 35mm Mag Sound

Hi 

 

I am having a problem with some 35mm mag sound, I am not sure what brand it
is but is on a Polyester base I think, what happens is that it sheds
something sticky on the fixed heads as it plays and in the end it grinds to
a halt. It has had 2 5 day bakes at 52 degrees C and where it has been
"scraped" (run) it will play ok. Has any one had this type of problem, any
body got any ideas.
