Scott's right.  We've had a bunch of them and they seem to either work very well or be real dogs.  The bad ones are on the shelf for spares, but the ones still in use have been generally trouble-free for a long time.  When new, they had a lot of power supply failures, but after those were worked out, reliability got much better.  

For bonus points, who can ID the machine on the far right in the first picture?
