[QuadList] LOC quads

Since I am retired and nothing with to do, I would be willing to offer my time as a volunteer to get the machines in storage working.  I have extensive experience with a number of quads.  It would be like a mini vacation.  The neat part is that my cousin Robert lives in the area.  Thus low cost for me.  

The best part is that I get to work on some machines again.  Also the LOC gets them going for the cost of parts alone.
