[QuadList] AVR 1 vs VR series

I had the opportunity to work with the ACR-25 and a number of VR-1200s.  I always likes the signal system that was used in the ACR.  I do agree that the auto chroma circuits were a much better design.  The results were always a lot better.  

If I had my choice, I would like to have the AVR-1 but the complexity of the machine and lack of spares is a issue.  So give me a 1200B any day and an after market line by line auto chroma.
