Good observations Chris!  I missed the 5th button and have no idea about what it might be.  Also, note that the last pic is either a different VTR or it has been moved, as it is up against a wall on the left side.

  It looks like a B model as there is the later audio chassis.


  Now what is the extra push button on the left side of the control panel?  I always saw the four there.  Local Remote, speed, and video standard select.  I do not remember the fourth.  


  Machine looks in great condition.  Must be upgraded to a digital TBC.  Servo mode switch give that clue.
