FYI:

Brazil 525/60 PAL-M encoded video used a 3.575611 mhz subcarrier, NOT a 4.433 mhz subcarrier.

...and for those of you not familiar with TQ's reference: Brazil, in 
its infinite wisdom, used 525 line analog TV, but with PAL color 
encoding (YUV) on a 4.43 MHz color subcarrier.

NTSC, for those of you who don't remember that ancient art, used YIQ 
color components on a 3.58 MHz color subcarrier....

AND: let's not forget those not-at-all-confusing monitors that used 
"NTSC 4.43", which was a monitor that allowed NTSC color to be input 
to a monitor on 4.43 MHz instead of 3.58 MHz.  It was used in PAL 
/SECAMcountries so you could play back NTSC in PAL/SECAM countries 
without requiring a 3.58-capable circuit in your monitors.  No, that 
wasn't confusing for folks at all....
