Here's an October, 2002 thread on the newsgroup. Alt.Movies.Silent that has some information regarding both the original Kodacolor 16mm Lenticular Film (LF) process and NBC/Kodak's 35mm Lenticular Kinescope (LK) version.

At least one of the posters in this thread have had some 16mm Kodacolor LF transferred to 1" in the 1990s at Film Technology, but advised that the company was only set up to do 16.

Some references are made to other possible 35mm LKs, one by a gentleman who says he worked with Jerry Lewis and handled some of the reels.  He also advised the cost of setting up a system to recover the 35mm LKs was prohibitive.

He believes that the Kovacs material in the UCLA archive is a 16mm Kodachrome kinescope.
