		I offer:

	Those look like transport buttons from an Ampex MM1000, but I'm  
guessing.  They don't look like VTR buttons to me.

	I could be wrong, but I've always called these things 'nibs' or  
'nubs'.  I cannot imagine where you could find them except of course  
from a company that makes racks.
