Just watching what's been developing in the Eastern US from western Tennessee in a triangle that includes Pennsylvania and North Carolina.

Tornado warning until 4:15pm Eastern near Gaithersburg, MD

The Wash. DC Metro is in for a ride.

Severe thunderstorms, damaging winds, flooding and in some counties in VA and Maryland, tornado warnings or watches are in effect.

Check various weather resources for your area and monitor news media as appropriate.

It might be reasonable to pull out the disaster plan and have it reviewed/ready in case you're in an affected area, and need to make preparations, which might include monitoring facility conditions overnight.

Particularly if the high winds could cause roof leaks or building damage, short to lengthy power outages or if there is flooding in your area.
