Buddy, one other thing you should watch out about if you haven't done one of the older ampexes before is make sure to get the spacing bushings back with the shoulder turned in so it rides against the bearing, otherwise the whole flat side will be resting against the bearing causing the roller to be a little tight and not roll freely.
There should be a mech drawing in the book showing all the parts, the shoulder bushings and spring washer.
