HI Tim
It's a standard 4.5 inch image orthicon tube, the contacts on the target
shoulder were spring slide contacts rather than the pins on 3 inch IO tubes.
The P822 type is listed as for Educational use, rather than a broadcast
grade, fits a range of UK/US cameras.

If you look at other pictures on the page, the front pins have been modified
into flat contacts. I haven't seen this before, and it must be something for
a European or other unusual camera.

Slightly OT but wasn't there somebody on here looking for old pickup tubes?
This looks like an IO but I don't see the pins for the front electrodes...
