Is it unusual to have these?

They were  in a file box   with the Brookhaven Cyclotron    Blueprints.

they have been probably folded up since '38   I  need to 'relax' the
paper 
but in the meantime have been transferred to  the  banks vault in case
this is the only set  
around.

This  would be the   antenna   used  for  39  worlds  fair    historic
rollout  eh?
