[QuadList] Ampex Mark XV Video Head Assembly DP563 for AVR-2 &AVR-3 Factory Refurbished

Looking at the picture this head has been used and you can see the black cover for the vacuum hose is missing and the control track wire is not connected.  There should be a Black plastic tape designating the head type 10 mil or 5 mil on the connector cover on left side of unit. The seller might not have knowledge of this unit. It certainly can not be run in the condition it is in.
