You may check whether your mail reader(s) enable you to set them to view
attachments in line.
What MailMan is doing now is to take the original message, and wrap it in
a new message with some MIME characteristics involved.
That's probably why the original appears as an attachment.
It's sorta like putting the plastic-wrapped meat container in a plastic
bag at the checkout stand.
There are a couple of other settings that can be tried, but this re-wrap
sounded like the easiest way to start.
I could also make things plain text, as the TIG and other MailMan based
lists do. But there are benefits such as the ability to format text and
other conveniences that HTML provides.
Lets see how this works for a week or so.
