Hi Steve,

I just get reply from our engineers.
The value of R1 and C5 on SB-3680 are as following:
(1) R1: 0805/2.2K
(2) C5: it should be 33pF/0805, if you want to have 4.43MHz subcarrier

Engineers also provide me the value of the following:
(3) C9: 15pF/0805
(4) L2:  You are right.  It s value right now is 100uH, but if you want to 
have PAL system is should be 82uH.
