Camera's definitely a TK-44 (silver viewfinder and tall tally light are 
the giveaways). I'm pretty sure you're correct on the BVH-1100's. I 
worked with several identical machines in California.

Did any NBC operation ever buy TK-45's? I don't recall ever seeing a 
picture of one.
