[QuadList] Bell Tone Record

looks  like alum. core  transcription  disc? or?
If it is a cut    disc and not a  pressed   disc  it may be extremely 
fragile surface.

from 1941. He died in WWII. How do I play it? "

I figured this would be a bit more involved than just getting a  turntable. 
Any ideas?
