[QuadList] QuadList is loosing it mind--Not exactly--Bounces with AOL and...

ALL mailing list software of any consequence has similar bounce  protection 
capabilities, and would have disabled accounts with excessive  bounces or 
fatal rejects.




In this case, the MailMan mailing list software is doing what it is  
supposed to do: 
Disable accounts that sent fatal reject notices back to the QuadList  
server.



As I pointed out, AOL and Yahoo made changes to their mail rejection  
policies.  That's the immediate cause of what happened to AOL and Yahoo  based 
QuadList subscribers.


What triggered that?  Not sure, since folks with AOL and Yahoo-based  
accounts seem to have been able to turn themselves back on, and send/receive  
messages without bounces.


Let's find out what's needed to keep it from happening again and go from
