Gents and ladies,
Thanks much for your contributions to the Quad College of Not-Only Quad Knowledge.
Some housekeeping items I hope everyone can implement routinely.
When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than
"Re: [QuadList] QuadList Digest, Vol 71, Issue 11"
"RCA Coffin Cameras" would be an appropriate subject line for the current thread that's been happening under the above Digest subject.
Please Trim your post to JUST the relevant info when replying. That prevents the entire digest from re-posting to the list.
You can copy and paste or highlight the desired material before hitting "reply" in most e-mail clients.
That will keep the entire digest and a bunch of headers with gobblydgook from being re-sent to the list.
Folks who are NOT digest recipients are also asked to change the subject when the topic veers from the original, and to trim posts.
Doing so makes readers happier because they don't have to wade through a ton of text, and it also makes finding posts in the Archive much easier... because the subject line tracks the content.

I hope someone can come up with what the gizmo on the end of the cable is :)
