QuadList Recommended Practice-01: Suggesting corrections to posted information

In future posts,  if someone spots information that needs correction, I would recommend sending a gentle note OFF LIST to the poster, suggesting that they might want to take another look, and pointing where/what might need revision.

This should help keep the information posted to the list corrected, but without what might be described as a major hit to the emotional servos of readers and the original poster.

Our goal with this RP is to foster correct(ed) information, maintain collegiality on the list, retain subscribers and encourage getting to know one-another on and off the list. 

If information remains un-corrected after such an off-list communication, please call my attention to the situation with correct information, and I'll seek to rectify the situation.
