[QuadList] IVC 9000 is not Quad

Image used IVC9000 for mastering, but not for this.  The 655/24 AVR-1's
were a Compact Video innovation to make shooting on video and converting to
film less painless and, given the technology, the best quality possible.
Image at that point was owned by Compact.  The movie "Monty Python Live at
the Hollywood Bowl" was done with this process, I happened to be doing some
work at Compact the week they were shooting and posting the show.  I would
suggest you find someone who engineered at Compact and possibly
subsequently at Ascent Media.  Not sure who is still around.
