[QuadList] Capstan Information

I recall the best looking spot tapes we received for playback came from
Northwest Teleproductions.  They always looked great with minimum setup.  We
often wanted to use them as alignment tapes since our single tape was a bit
worn out and management didn't want to pay for a new one.  You could always
tell the difference between 1:1 dubs and high speed dubs.  These always
looked great.
