"E-to-E Master"

[Steve Greene]

I've seen tapes labeled this in various political campaign collections. My
guess at a definition: dubs created from the FM-output to video-in between
two quads. Probably identical model machines both very well maintained and
calibrated.

Is this a correct definition?
