Had reason to look up the Gregorian Calendar.
Reading its history and "mechanics of adoption" made me think of drop frame time code with irregularities being used to slew VTRs to sync, and a bunch of roll-ins happening at different times during a running edit. Good Grief!
And there was one Feb. 30 in the history of the Gregorian Calendar. Only affected two machines... er, countries.
