[QuadList] 2" QUAD & DOLBY A QUERY

When I was at the BBC in London we used to receive 2" NTSC tapes from the US
with 'A' NR. The BBC never used Dolby on any 'in house edited' VT format for
TX. The independents did (ITV and Channel 4) but only for C format.
