[QuadList] These look like quad tapes not 1"C--Some definitely 1" Type C--

These would seem to be a pile of masters and submasters of US? shows exported to... Hong Kong? (Where the pile is located.)

It may be a mix of 2" and 1" tape.

Image #1 seems to show  Quad reels... and possibly some 1".  If the board along the front is a 1" high, it might be used as a reference.

No help trying to enlarge the image to read labels, but some of the labels seem to look like Quad labels wrapped around the bottom of the 

Unfortunate that the tape model info isn't visible. That would help differentiate Quad formulations from 1" helical.
