TR-70 Question--Is there a solid state replacement for RCA Quad head preamp module tubes?

Good Autumn Morning!

I’ve been asked to ask if anyone knows whether there are solid state replacement for RCA Quad head preamp module tubes?

Nuvistor tubes.  Model numbers available on request.

Might also be/have been applicable to a VR-2000 with Nuvistors.

Replies to list, please.

(I guess we’re asking if the applicable Nuvistor had a solid-state sister.)
