[QuadList] Not Quad, but....VPR2

My experience of the small plastic reel handling wasn't good. The BBC made
some aluminium weights (from 90 minute spool flanges) which were added to
the feed spool (otherwise the servos shredded the tape)

 

I also thought the 'B' was the model that had reverse slomo (the off the
shelf VPR2 just had a slight reverse jog)

I'm sure that's a factor.  I recall that one of my co-workers told me that
it had improved handling of the small plastic reels as well as 90 minute
reels.  But I (he) might be wrong.
