The transfer is already done. It's not the entire game. The NFL is very uppity about it. A very similar situation to my client finding the best copy of the Apollo 11 moon walk on 2" quad.

The SB 1 physical tape owner should just wait for "calmer waters" as the NFL will eventually come around.
