VR-1100 on eBay

This is an early 1100 as evidenced by the style of the Ampex badge and the 
style of the reel locks.  It has not been updated with Intersync.  The front 
doors are in place, so can't tell if it has any options useful in other VR 
series machines.

Someone is a bit "optimistic" ............... Priced at $15,000 !!!!  "Rare" 
does not equal "valuable" in this instance!
