Hello All:

I had a discussion with a gentleman yesterday who has a group of QUAD tapes he would like transferred.  All are PAL, so he is looking for a recommendation about organizations in the US who have the capability of transferring PAL Quad tapes.

Please let me know if you, or anyone you know can do this (the catch is the facility has to be in the US).
