[QuadList] KADR 3PM repair

I seem to have the same problem as George. The jpeg won’t open, neither will the pdf.

I can't seem to download the original e-mail with foto of Russian machine, would you mind forwarding it to me?  For some reason AOL is having problems with it, can't download it and it even screws up my session, have to get out of AOL and get back in.
