Greetings from NAB 2018!
Our annual lunch here is less than two hours away. The details and location are below.
If time permits, I'll be adding all current QuadList subscribers to the new Quad Videotape Group list at Groups.io today... and beginning the wind-down of the MailMan QuadList e-mail list we've used for 10 years.
So, watch your e-mail boxes for a "You've Been Subscribed..." email from the new system.
Looking forward to seeing you at lunch this afternoon!
I'm in Upper South Hall, Booth SU-10426!
Come by and see the latest film scanner technology from MWA, and the Cube-Tec Quadriga film inspection/analysis and restoration preparation system!

> Tuesday, 10 April 2018
> 12:30pm to 2:00pm

> Description:
> Ten years ago, a group of Quad Videotape users—Editors, Engineers and Colorists—were advised of a chance to meet for lunch during NAB. Since that Tuesday gathering in the food court of Lower South Hall the event has grown from a dozen people to one that has drawn as many as 40, and generated a website, Facebook page and discussion list that now numbers more than 200.
>
> This year, the event returns to the Museum of Broadcast Technology where a working Ampex AVR-2 in two-piece portable configuration will be joined by a pair of Ikegami HL-79E three-tube video cameras, a switcher and period-appropriate monitors and scopes.
