BVH-2000 error codes

I have an old BVH-2000 that I routinely use for archiving.  I have no
manuals for it.  The unit now powers up with an "INITIAL SYS ERR" fault on
the primary display. The 2 digit LEDs on the SY-79 board are "11", and on
the SY-80 board are "0F".  Can anyone tell me what the error codes are
telling me?  Any help is appreciated.
