[QuadList] Vintage Ampex Quadruplex video head Mark Ten on eBay

OK....  It's missing the preamp and the vacuum hose, and the control track 
head wiring is hanging loose, but what is the metal plate taped to the top 
of the transformer area?  I don't recognize that as part of the head 
assembly.
