[QuadList] M-format anyone?

Sorry this is a little off topic, but does anyone have or know where I could find a working M-format tape deck?  This is not MII I am referring to, but its predecessor the original M-format based on VHS that was also called Recam by Ampex, and Hawkeye by RCA.
