THAT IS WONDERFUL!
 
We do not have a Quad yet for the  museum...  yet ...  but  we  do have to 
work with 1/2 reel  to reel tape  which I would assume is  worse bandwidth 
than  3/4  ... and most of it is B/W  ---ed

then re-encodes it.  this is how they do the color  correction.  If you are

or full bandwidth tape, it will look  soft.  That is because of the 2.5 MHz 
bandwidth.  
 
it is a good unit for the low end market.  I have used DPS before  and they 
work.  It is not the unit of choice for high end  transfers.
 
You can go to the Leitch web site and probably get an instruction  manual.  
It should also have a feature comparison that shows all the  models.
