[QuadList] QuadList Digest, Vol 9, Issue 9

Jack had more than one passion. I found, quite unexpectedly, an article in
"Excellence" magazine about Jack's long term Porsche 911 and the care it
received over many years. It was in fact the first I had heard that he had
passed away.
I installed one of the first PC based "Calaway Edit Systems". I remember
distinctly the speed of development of a driver for the interface to a Sony
BVH-1100A that he developed (parallel to serial driver). It was remarkable.
He did it while I was on the phone by having me type in code using EDLIN. An
amazing person.
