[QuadList] OT--More EIAJ transfer locations... (Was--Re: .NBC is said to have...)

We have working 1/2" EIAJ decks here at AMIPA.  That said we have done 
little work with them.  We have several requests for transfers pending, 
so that may change in the near future.
