[QuadList] OT—How to reduce or eliminate moiré patterns from kinescopes?

Thanks, David.

Do you know how it works or where in the image/signal path it's  
installed?

Sounds like something that changed the scanning on the Rank's CRT so  
that there were more scan lines coming from it, and beating would be  
less of a potential problem.
