[QuadList] Equipment Auction: VidiPax

There were some Mark 10 heads produced with a manual guide positioning  
adjustment.  Perhaps this one is that with the knob off the adjustment  screw?  
Also the 15 mil heads still laid down a 10 mil track.  The  width of the 
head was made larger to hopefully give a longer life.
