[QuadList] Cyd Charisse excerpts and Fair Use

there were a whole group of copyright changes by
 lib of congress last month
 
also check out the  IDA site  for  the take on it  for  documentary 
filmmakers.
it  has made my life better.

I noticed that the "Meet Cyd Charisse" segment on "The Mothers-in-Law"  DVD 
says it was courtesy of the Cyd Charisse Estate from Tony Martin and  
Michael Feinstein, so it would seem it would be up to them whether or not  the 
entire program is  released.
