[QuadList] Blanking Issues

My supervisor contacted PBS and told them that both the VTR and the
person doing the evaluating needed "tweaking".
Eventually PBS re-evaluated the tape on a better machine and the show
was accepted.

What'd you do?  Resubmit?  Point out that the deck was in need of
tweaking?
