[QuadList] crash edits

Yes, I would expect clips to be crash recorded. But I'm talking about a
finished program

 

We had 6 Tr 70's but only two sets of splice modules, you had to collect the
modules from somebody who was not editing and fit them before an edit
session started,

Perhaps your editor worked the same way but forgot to fit the modules
